COVID-19 info & health policy

As part of the travel community across the world, we are following all the latest updates on the spread of COVID-19. We are adapting and updating our services accordingly and in alliance with the National Public Health Organisation.
Our top priority is the safety of our guests, staff and anyone who contributes to your hospitality in Crete.

  • Your tour leader will be equipped with hand sanitizers for you to use. We also encourage each guest to abide by the suggested personal sanitary measures.
  • Our staff fully respect and enforce the health and safety measures required in each situation (indoors, in vehicles, etc).
  • Your tour leader will inform you about the current regulations prior to the day of your activity. For multi-day trips, all regulations are followed throughout the trip.
  • When hiking, face covering is not mandatory but social distancing is respected.
  • Any hiking equipment used by our guests is disinfected before and after every use.
  • We offer outdoor activities in small or private groups, which also helps to maintain social distancing.

As employees in the Greek tourism sector, Evenos Travel staff have been vaccinated against COVID-19, according to government planning. Also, until the date of vaccination, we have undergone weekly rapid-tests.
You can consult the Protocol for Arrivals and Departures in Greece or the National Public Health Organisation for the latest info, details and updates.
All clients are kindly requested to provide their travel certificates if/when requested.
